Gunter High School will offer the PSAT on Wednesday, October 13th at 8:00am. All 10th graders will take the PSAT on the 13th of October. 9th Graders can take the PSAT as a substitute for the Dual Credit TSI exam and as a diagnostic exam to help them prepare for future PSAT/SAT exams. 11th Graders must take the PSAT as a Junior to be considered for the National Merit Scholarship Competition. The fee for 9th and 11th graders will be $17. There is no fee for 10th graders taking the PSAT.

Bus Riders: The buses will leave the yard in the morning between 6:25 AM and 6:30 AM. They drop off at elementary at 7:10 AM. Please watch for your bus within that time frame. The times for each stop will vary for the first few days until the route becomes routine. By next week, you will have more of an idea of an exact time frame the bus will arrive at your stop.
For the afternoon routes, the first tier of elementary riders will leave the school at 3:15 PM. Please be looking for your elementary child beginning at 3:20 PM.

Please note: Bus Registration is now closed. In order for us to complete a route schedule to accommodate our bus riders for the first day of school (tomorrow), we have to establish a route for the students who have registered already. We will publicize a schedule of the routes so you will have an idea of which bus your child will be riding soon.
You may still register your student for transportation, but we will not be able to add them to the first day pick up and drop off schedule. Once registered, allow 24 hours for the information to be processed and communicated with you. Thank you for your patience as we begin the 2021-22 school year!

All students enrolled in Career Prep must meet with Mrs. Neely during break on the 1st day of school. All course procedures will be given at that time.
This is a work program, so if you do not have a job with a tax identified business, you must get one, and agree to work at least 15 hours per week.
