We’re excited to officially welcome Caroline Layman as our new 5th Grade ELAR teacher!
Caroline brings a passion for literacy, a heart for students, and a deep connection to the Gunter community.
Here’s a little more about her in her own words:
“My name is Caroline Layman, and I’m so excited to join the Gunter Elementary team as the new 5th grade ELAR teacher. My husband, Q, is a proud Gunter native, and we’ve called this special town home since we got married in 2021. Many of you may know our family through Grace Bible here in Gunter, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to now serve the Gunter community through the school as well.
We have a son named Miles who’s almost two, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming our second baby boy this July. This will be my fourth year teaching 5th grade ELAR, and I truly love what I do. Helping students grow as readers and writers is something I’m passionate about, and I’m excited to share that love of learning with my new students.
It’s an honor to join the amazing team at Gunter Elementary. I’m looking forward to a great year and many more to come.”
